The High-speed Railway CTCS-3 Virtual Simulation Experiment System is a semi-physical simulation system with software and hardware, which is based on the Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway. The system is still under construction, and three more railway stations will be built, namely Beijing South Station Railway Station, Jinan West Railway Station and Shanghai Hongqiao Railway Station. In addition, referring to the actual CTCS-3 and taking the specific environment of laboratory into account, the experiment system sets up a series of stimulation subsystem such as CTC center, CTC station, CBI, TCC, CBI, DMI and so on.Based on the systematic demand of the High-speed Railway CTCS-3 Virtual Simulation Experiment System, this thesis studies the application of CTC center subsystem to design CTC center subsystem compliant with the experiment system. The main content of this thesis includes four parts. (1) The thesis firstly analyzed the CTC center subsystem in railway administration, conducting a functional requirement analysis toward CTC center subsystem of the virtual simulation experiment system according to the condition of laboratory. As a result, the overall realization scheme was designed and the system was divided into five parts as train graphs module, route selection module, TSR module, data management module and system interface module. (2) A detailed design for each part was then given, in which humanistic philosophy was incorporated according to the operation requirements of the system. Besides, the program flow, the data structure and the communication protocol with other subsystems were described in detail. (3) Thirdly, with Visual Studio as the IDE and C# as the software programming language, a simulation was conducted based on each part of CTC center subsystem, using database, TCP/IP and double buffering rendering technology. Some functions were therefore achieved such as the dynamical edition of train graphs, the examination and selection of train routes, the command of operation plans, the management of the TSR commands, the dynamical update of the database and so on. And the key technology concerning software realization process was explained in detail. (4) Finally, white-box testing was used as the software test for this CTC center subsystem, to verify the logic accuracy and integrity of every function. Different test cases were designed for different functions and corresponding test results were recorded.According to the test results, the CTC center subsystem achieved the expected function demand with great demonstration effect and application value and laid a good foundation for the High-speed Railway CTCS-3 Virtual Simulation Experiment System.
