Customer relationship management is a process, which we can access and maintain and increase excavation of customer benefits. Integrated business processes and expertise by human resources, so that enterprises can maximize customer satisfaction and loyalty, to restore the lost customers, retaining existing customers, and constantly develop new customers, discover and firmly grasp can provide a maximum value of customers. CRM as a new type of modern management model, the concept of Customer-Centric business philosophy. Dazhong Dianping involved online reviews of more than 12 set, with tens of millions of stores nationwide cooperation, millions of joint customers. The Dazhong Dianping has been to follow the traditional enterprise customer management system, which name is Salesforce. As developing of group buy, under the guidance of the company’s strategy of "Connecting people and services", companies need to comply with the Internet development model of CRM system.This paper presents the CRM system of Apollo of Dazhong Dianping, which with the technical architecture of SOA. When design this CRM system, we have referenced to the research and development status of domestic and foreign of CRM. Based on this, This paper define the main responsibilities of the CRM system and business demand. The CRM system of Apollo System as an upstream system trading platform, server for many downstream systems and other business units. Businesses of this system are customer information, bank account agreement (contract), qualification information, invoice information, contact and billing cycle and so on, which support from the business needs of rapid development of company, the service more than 1.2 million cooperative businesses, manage more than 1.7 million bank accounts,1.8 million contacts, more than 1.3 million agreement (contract) information. The CRM system uses standard Spring MVC and Ibatis architecture, this system adopts Freemarker, Angular JS and React for designing front end pages.
