when earchquake happens, for the purpose that let works of Yunnan Earthquake Command Center which contains collection and release for situation of disaster could appear to more automatically, simplifies process of collection and release before, which is so fussy, and reduces work load, so that personnel could easy to continue their works and let classification statistics of disaster informations appears automatically, so they could get into further studies on these charts of classification statistics, this could raise work efficiency and reduces work hours, so that they could do more works in limited time.My duties in this project are excavation of requirements, design the system, implementation and project management. This project use the Spring MVC、Ibatis、Spring、JFreeChar、Iog4j as the development technique and the spiral model as the develop model.Situation of Disaster Collection and Release Platform was implemented in Yunnan Earthquake Command Center, surpporting multiple users access the platform at the same time to query informations of disaster that collected by the platform,.classification statistics of disaster informations, etc. There is one server, which is business server, and one Jindi RJ45Modem with the responsibility of sending messages in queue by eight SIM card interfaces. So that it could increase efficiency of releasing disaster information in earthquake command center’s daily business.Situation of Disaster Collection and Release Platform is developped successfully, improving the process of collecting and releasing informations of disaster, which from manual to automatical, the platform is very easy to use, which reduces work load, saves times, and releases personnel needed before, completes partial process of collecting and releasing informations of disaster automatically, increases efficiency of releasing disaster information, and let the necessary works with trivial details become easy to complete. The UIs of this project are beautiful and friendly, Which meets the habit of personnel.This platform could be spread in the whole country.
