Design And Implementation Of Enterprise Data Statistics Report System

Reports are widely used in various industries, not only is one of the effective means of collecting and analyzing the data, but also is an important reference for making decisions by the enterprise, it plays an important role in the enterprise. The main purpose of this paper is to develop a set of enterprise reporting system suits the actual demands of the enterprise. The enterprise can quickly and simply organize the requires data and using the form of reports and graphs to show the data through this reporting system, and can export reports into the computer, users can also query the service situations or other relevant information of the customer orders by the customer information online.According to the enterprise’s needs, the system is divided into six modules:report design module, report display module, the module parameter queries, and charts display module, report export module and system management module. This paper, the overall architecture and reporting system were analyzed according to the specific module dese in order and other related information, the scribes the detailed design and implementation of the system. System is based on J2EE technology architecture development, using the Eclipse development environment with Maven as a project management software tools, system also use Git as a version control tool. SSM (SpringMvc+Spring+MyBatis) framework is used to design this system.The Author’s responsibility during the internship is participated in the design and development of the entire system, including relevant research data, the system functional requirements analysis, system design and implementation, unit testing, and so on. Specific work as follows:(1) Participated in and completed requirement analytics. After defining the report data and the report of a brief analysis of the needs of WEB Report System were analyzed, including functional requirements and performance requirements, and made a demand for the design.(2) Participated in and completed system topology and software architecture design. Design the structure of reporting system, and on optimizing the system.(3) Completed or participated in the development of many modules. Including the Report Designer module, the report shows the module, the module parameter queries, charts display module, report export module and system management module, and so on.(4) Write unit test cases for relevant modules, ensure codes can run smoothly before delivered to Git (distributed version control system) repository.(5) Responsible for Application server maintenances. Develop relevant module used to update Application servers automatically instead of update Application servers manually each time to avoid probable mistakes.The system is stable and efficient, easy to operate. System software architecture design is reasonable, with good availability, flexibility and scalability.
