Research On Investment Capacity Prediction Model Based On Data Mining Technology

The advent of the age of big data promote the informationalization and intelligence of enterprise management The application of information technology in the field of enterprise investment decision has received more and more attention. Effect of investment decisions on the operating conditions of the enterprise is wide and deep,and the decision-making mistakes will cause great risk. Scientific evaluation of enterprise’s own investment ability is the key to avoid excessive investment and reasonable planning of investment scale. Therefore, this paper attempts to use information technology to build a scientific and effective investment capacity prediction model, to provide a reliable reference for investment decision-making.Investment capacity analysis requires a comprehensive assessment of the business environment and investment environment, and the accuracy of the assessment depends on the quality and quantity of the information as well as the processing method of the information. Obviously, The higher the quality of information, the more extensive information, the more reasonable method, the results can be more realistic. Data mining technology is the combination of statistics, artificial intelligence, machine learning and other aspects of the theory, is young technology of data collation and analysis through computer information technology. Compared with the traditional data analysis methods in data collection, collation, classification and analysis, it has a great advantage. The speed of data processing and the accuracy of the data analysis are much better than the traditional data analysis method. Therefore, this paper attempts to introduce the data mining technology into the field of investment management, using the analysis method of data mining to evaluate the investment ability of the enterprise, to improve the efficiency of investment and reduce the investment risk.According to the above, this paper will build the investment ability prediction model based on data mining technology, including the following parts: The first part,through reading related literature and on-the-spot investigation, I collect investment related theory and the relevant information of enterprise analysis of ability investment in practice, explore the key influencing factors of investment ability and the advantages and disadvantages of the existing prediction models. The second part, based on the analysis and evaluation of the existing models I build the framework of investmentcapacity. The third part is to construct a multi-level index system to measure the investment ability, and use data mining technology to measure the qualitative analysis.In the fourth part, the investment capability prediction model is applied to X company,and the validity of the model is tested.On the basis of studying the existing investment ability prediction model,from the point of view of cash flow, the investment ability prediction model is constructed based on the logical starting point of the cash flow identity. Based on the data mining technology, build the investment capacity prediction model and greatly improve the prediction speed and accuracy. First of all, this article through the construction of multi-level index system, expand the index of information coverage, making the index more comprehensive, so as to effectively improve the prediction accuracy of the model.Secondly, the method of this model is more scientific. The data mining method is used to avoid the deviation caused by the subjectivity of the empirical estimation in the traditional model. At the same time, with the help of computer technology for data analysis and processing, the calculation speed is greatly improved. In addition, the data mining method can effectively deal with the huge data information, so that the information collected can achieve the maximization of the information.
