Design And Implementation Of SINOPEC Contract Management System

With the rapid development of Internet technology, information technology has gradually penetrated into various fields,through information technology to help the enterprise office has become the mainstream forms of work, many enterprises have chosen through information technology to replace the traditional manual way,the release of human resources.For large oil companies,large scale enterprises,the number of daily contracts and monomer contracts are relatively large,so that the internal management of the contract is very complex.How to do a good job of contract management of oil companies,to simplify the process of contract management, saving labor costs, these have become very important in the management of enterprises. The system is developed and design of contract management information system based on this demand,the system can be initiated contract on,parallel approval process,achieve new contract information,modify,delete,save,and can support the upload of the text of the contract. Through the system can also query the status of the contract,to monitor the implementation of the contract,for accurate query and generate statistical reports,the realization of contract management information,network. The scientific and information of the contract management,effectively improves the efficiency and quality of the enterprise contract management,shortened the time of signing the contract,reduce the manpower cost,improve work efficiency,let investors see the confidence and determination to standardize the development of enterprises,improve the competitiveness of enterprises.This system uses the MVC mode to carry on the system design and the structure,selects the J2 EE frame to carry on the system development. At first, this paper introduces the research background and significance of the project,and then summarizes the research status at home and abroad. Secondly,this paper introduces the theory of J2 EE framework and the database used in this paper. In J2 EE based on the framework,the business process of the system of detailed design and analysis of system architecture,system overall design adheres to the assembly of modular principle,database persistence layer using hibernate,effectively reduce the system coupling degree. Finally, this paper describes the details of theimplementation of China’s oil contract management system,and the feasibility of the system is verified through the system test.Through the practical application of the system fully verify: first, the system can effectively improve contract management of China Petroleum,support the daily operation of the enterprise;second,the system improves the efficiency of examination and approval of the contract,improve customer satisfaction,enhance the enterprise competitive force;third,through the system of precise query and statistical analysis report can help managers to make decision and management,enhance the management level of enterprises. In a word,the system can effectively solve the problems existing in the management of petroleum contract in China,and the system has very good application value and market value.
