Design And Implementation Of College Computer Room Management System

Automatic charging and remote control is the inevitable trend of college computer aided management development. The management of computer room is generally adopts pure software or pure hardware or rough combine software and hardware. Based on summarizing advantages and disadvantages of those style, this paper introduce a new intelligent system based on RF card which could remote wake up and control.Through analysis on project possibility, this paper considers the computer room management system has feasibility in aspects of technology, economy etc. After the full understanding of computer room management status, summarizes several practical problems in the management, specific to those problems, the author puts forward the system’s overall mission and structural functional, non functional requirements.According to the structural functional requirements of the user, after a thorough study of advantages and characteristics of current network structure model, author offers the overall design based on C/S architecture, designs subsystem according to the correlation, explains the purpose of designing each subsystem and specific questions which can solved by the subsys-tem in computer room management, the important position and function in the whole system structure. Then this paper describes the function of each subsystem in detail. On this basis, this paper describes the whole system of business ER diagram and designs the underlying database table.The system uses the SQL Server DBMS,.Net platform, and developed with the software engineering method in the whole process. In this paper, according to from the abstract to the concrete, from whole to parts, from design to implementation, and finally to key class, method, function used in programming process, realize one by one.Finally, the paper summarizes the work done, after testing, system safety, stability. And completely solve the current problems in the management of computer room, have achieved the expected goal. But due to further improvement of the business and various factors in development process, system remains further explore in the aspects of below functions:linked with experimental curriculum linked, the client illegal process intelligent monitoring, accounting report automatic generation, client software automatically upgrade.
