Digital campus is the web-based,to use the advanced information ways and tools,to digitize all aspects of the school,which is from the environment (including network,equipment,classrooms,etc.) and resources(such as books, handouts,courseware,etc.) to activities(including teaching,learning, management,service,office,etc.).It becomes a digital space step by step.So it makes the campus wider in time and space,and enhances the efficiency of the traditional campus.Finally it realizes the informatization of the process of education.So it achieves the aim of raise the level of teaching management and efficiency.It forms a virtual campus based on the real campus.The essence of digital campus is to integrate variety of campus resources effectively,supply different data and service to different users.In other words, through the digital campus building,we can link the data which distributed in different departments together,and break the original separate state and integrate data together to for communication and share.Digital campus is a huge system.Its building involves many problems.The building of a digital campus in university is a hard work.Meanwhile it is also a important component of soft-environment building and personnel training. Through digital campus building,it can reflect the overall level of school building, image and position of an university.So,for an university which strive for develop,it must go with the digital campus building.The building of a digital campus should be done step by step.First the network basic equipments and basic information service should be built.The building of a digital campus should be done step by step.First the network basic equipments and basic information service should be built.The network basic equipments means hardware environment,and the basic information service means the basic building of software.Second,build the data center.Data center is the core of the whole digital campus.It is used to store the shared data from different department of the college,and form the basic data which can help for college decision.And then forms the integrated data.Finally,build various support system for different application and the building of portal website.Uni-card system is the basic applied system and important component of the digital campus.Uni-card system is the basic applied system and important component of the digital campus,the basic flat of various affairs applied system, the necessary premise and the basic approach.It supplies the all-sided data-collecting flat for digital campus.It form a over-schooled digital space and share environment combined the management information system and network of school.However,one card system is not the whole content of digital campus. It is just an important component of digital campus.The digital campus manage the campus affairs modernizedly and intellectualizedly by one card.The management of public COMPUTER ROOM looks like a simple job,but for me,who has been work for COMPUTER ROOM management for 12 years, it is not simple.Especially,these years the scale of enrollment of university has been increasingly expanded.The penetration of computer in various industries becomes more and more wide.Computer has become the necessary tools in work and learning.It becomes very important to raise the ability of computer using.So in order to raise the students' ability of computer using,many universities increase the number of computer lessons,especially the specialized software courses.The increase of the two aspect makes the scale of public COMPUTER ROOM become bigger and bigger.In our college the number of public computer increased from 500 in 2005 to 2000 now.The public Computer Room increased from 6 to 18.The computer I maintenance increased from 80 to 350,the difficulty of the COMPUTER ROOM maintenance increases geometrically.The formal handle management way becomes unsuitable for the development of now.How to find an efficient,scientific and intellectualized management way has became the subject of our Computer Room managers.The research of the Computer Room management system is a resolution.Now there are many Computer Room management systems which are for public Computer Room,but we think that the best way is develop a Computer Room management system which is suitable for ourselves situation.To develop a whole management system,the system requirements analysis and function designing is very important.According to the theory of software project,the development of software is divided into system requirements analysis,system designing,coding,and system testing for steps.System requirements analysis is the most important step in the software developing course.Indeed,someone says the system requirements analysis decides the software developing successes not.This paper starts from the real use of public Computer Room in our college,according to my years' experience in Computer Room,analyses the using flow of public computer users,and analyses requirements of Computer Room management system by the popular uml technique.Then figure out various functions which Computer Room management system should have. Considering our college will apply one card system and the future digital campus building and the state of our college,I decide use the ic card of our college to realize card payment.This paper also describes and prospects the application and future of the Computer Room management system and one card system in our college and the future digital campus building.In the form period of this paper writing,I inspected the application of digital campus building,one card system and use of ic card in public COMPUTER ROOM in some Beijing universities.I found out that one card system is the basic flat of various business applied system(including Computer Room management system),while one card is a very important component.Digital campus building often starts with the building of various business applied system,then integrates the various business applied system into one card system,then put the one card system into digital campus.By the inspection,I feel the advantage the digital campus brought to the teaching and management.
