Universities Room Ic Card Billing Management System Design And Implementation

With the development of the computer technology and network communication technology, public computer labs on college campus have been expanding on a growing scale. It is an inevitable trend in public computer management modernization through the use of computers to charge and manage automatically. So task for us to crack is to develop an automatic management software characterized by safety, reliability, stability and efficiency.Based on other successful computer lab management systems, this automatic charging and management system has integrated IC card technology, database technology, network communications and remote control technology. It can convert trivial manual operations into computer automation, greatly enhancing efficiency of the stuff in computer labs and their management. According to actual situation in colleges, this thesis worked out an architecture and technical solution to management system for public computer labs, using UML and software engineering.This article focuses on the modeling for the computer management system with UML and the analysis and design of this system. It also discussed such key technologies as IC card and remote control and introduced technologies related to TCP/IP. Furthermore, it dwells on how to use WinSock communication technology to realize the remote control management of the computer and computer lab. And the author developed a practical application system aiming at solving the safety problem of computer.This management system for computer lab is developed by Delphi and uses SQL server 2000 as its database. Incorporating advantages of net bar system and its management model, this system adopts a flexible billing method premised on safety. The system proved reliable and correct through application, and met the desired goal of modernization management in computer lab. It is of considerable practical value.
