The implementation of equity incentive listing Corporation’s purpose is to maintain the stability of the management team, improve the enthusiasm of the staff. As a kind of long-term mechanism, to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises, to create more excellent operating performance and sustainable development has far-reaching significance, is an effective way to motivate.
