The secret government department as well as firms which are using the physical method for partitions in order to realize the protection of the work environment and secret information are in a great number. This kind of physical separation is equivalent total disconnection, which influence the need of data exchanging and other actions when proceeding in the secret network. Because the carrier of information possibly becomes the tool used by alien invaders to breach the secret messages.Above all, in order to guard against secret information divulged, the photon techniques along with the special creature of its transportation as well as the adaption of fiber-optic network cards, the optic separating device are based on the insurance of one-direction partition to be used to build the logic transportation tunnels and realize the technique of data transportations in one-direction non-feedback method.A kind of private transportation protocol towards the control of information in secret network is shown designed in this thesis. It can be utilized to administrate, control and disconnect all the TCP connection to pack the analysis data on this protocol. Any of the network data have to be transformed into the document in order to be transported through the One-way Optic Control System.Combining with the techniques of Libpcap and PF_RING, the author designed the mode in which the high velocity messages are captured based on the mega fiber network cable.In the end, the synchronic documents mode and the database mode are successfully designed. And complete the designation of the One-way Control System at the same time. This system has been proved to be able to meet the need of one-direction network transportations after several tests of the functions of document synchronizing and data synchronizing.
