Design And Implementation Of Tax Revenue Management Information System Of Local Tax

The rapid development of science and technology has led to the development of economy. There are information technology in all sectors of the figure. Information technology is an important driving force for social development and economic growth. The tax department is one of the main functions of the government, and it is also the key part of the information construction. In our country, it launched the "Golden Tax project" on the construction of information. The working mode of the tax department is changed from management to public service. In order to solve the problems that existing in the tax service, the tax department needs using the means of information technology to realize the information sharing of tax administrators urgently.Make full use of information technology resources, so as to achieve the work of tax management, scientific, information, fine and standardized.In this paper, it designs the local tax revenue management information system of Fujian Province. In accordance with the overall business needs of Fujian province local tax, the system is based on the existing resources to establish a standardized, unified and scientific management information platform for tax revenue. The system covers all of the tax revenue in Fujian Province, and ensures the efficient management of the tax revenue. The main research contents of this paper are as follows:1. According to the needs of the tax administration of Fujian Province, this paper analyzes the system’s functional modules. The system includes five modules. The paper analyzes the functions of the five modules respectively. It explains the non functional requirements of the system design.2. According to the requirements, overall system architecture and database are designed. The database design includes the design of entity and E-R diagram of the system. The database table of the system is designed in detail, and the main sequence diagram and business process of the system are designed.3. In this paper, the tax business management information system is implemented, and the detailed function and interface of the system are realized. After implementation, it is the deployment and testing of the system. Black box testing method is used to carry out functional testing, the test results are accepted by the system. It can be used in Fujian province local tax.At present, tax management information system has been put into use in Fujian Province Local Taxation. The using of the system combines the tax administrator’s steward, tube households, and service. It achieves information sharing of tax administrator in maximization and making tax administrators can get full play, fully use of information technology resources, so as to realize the scientific tax management, information, fine and standard.
