The repair and maintenance of heating equipment is one of the basic contents of the daily management of heating companies and the regular use for the customs. With the increase of customs, the management of heating companies has been gradually standardized, intelligentized, and webified. In addition, the limitation of traditional way of repair by means of telephone is gradually prominent. It is an important issue that how to make use of the popular network technology to build a practical,convenient and efficient managing system and to improve the heating companies ’ informationalized level, working efficiency and users ’satisfactory degree. It is also the to-be-solved problem and the research objective of this thesis.In order to respond to the heating companies ’ requirement of information construction, this thesis has made many preparations. The author has surveyed a lot of modern enterprises and companies,investigating their requirements of repair management and their working modes. The author has also referred to many managing systems of repair at home and abroad. According to the actual situation of heating companies and user’s feedback, this thesis puts forwards and implements a heating repair system for the users based on Web. This system makes use of the efficient network environment, introduces the intelligent office technology, and chiefly adopts the technology of SpringMVC + Maven +ibatis +freemarker + Navicat for MySQL+ EasyUI.A united network data system has been set up to deal with applications of users, such as user’s consultation and complaints,temperature measurement, and repair business. This system also automatically sends and tracks work order. The goal is to promote the service comprehensively, to standardize customer service and specialize the management of maintenance team, to improve the customers’ degree of satisfaction, and to enhance the social influence of heating company.The heating repair system for users includes six modules: business acceptance, telephone management, business processing, business revisit,business modification, and business analysis. The system also can repairdata by means of visualized graphical diagram, which makes the data clearer and more vivid.Since the system was put into practice, it has maintained stable operation and good reputation, through which the practical significance and usage value of the systematic construction have been embodied.
