This paper clarifies the definition and evolution history of the call center software system, followed with the main structure of the call centre business software. Meanwhile, it also introduced the definition and important technology of Web Service, famous and popular Web Service Structure and Business component, the relationship between Web Service and Call Center software system. Then, it talked about the basic structure and business component of the call center software system in MVC structure. The system structure and system function design of call center software system which was designed under MVC principle, were listed in detail. By analyzing the internal and external call center project data stream, a call center project Web Service application solution was raised.In a detailed analysis of user needs, business modules' specific function needs for Web Service and the tools which used for develop these Web Service were showed.This paper designed the Web Service solution for these needs and coding made thes solutions into real application. The paper pointed out a cheap and easy solution which based on open source Web Service engine - AXIS. It will make different web system integrated with call center system seamlessly. This solution were used in a real call center project and made it integrated with GPRS system TIS system perfect.The successful use of Web Service technology in call center product has made a valuable exploration for developing the new generation call center product, which will be designed under SOA principle. And it's also a great step and valuable experience for the next generation SOA-based call center product. This work has filled some gaps in domestic call center system integration with other application system.
