According to incomplete statistics, at present, the scale of mobile phone users reached 500 million, accounting for the whole network users as much as 83.4%. With mobile Internet application is more and more rich, more and more users to the intersection of life, lead to high permeability of the mobile application is more and more, users of the new social media applications use frequency is higher and higher, mobile phone has become a important communication tool. To explore the influence of new media of social network users will also become more academic research direction.Based on previous academic literature review and comb, the new social media users typically set the user "micro letter" as the research object, the influence of social users intend to explore the influence of new media. By applying the theory of technology acceptance model, customer perceived value and innovation diffusion theory, the combination of all three into perceived value, two variables relative superiority. At the same time the "user home" and "accept ability of product innovation" two new variables are given in the design of the demographic variables, build the new social media users intend to model. Through the empirical study found that perceived value, the users’ willingness to use was influenced by relative superiority, of which the influence of relative superiority. Perceived value and relative superiority to use intention there is a significant difference. According to the research conclusion, this paper suggested a new social media services to carry out can develop valuable features or services to simplify network people’s social activities, to improve the relative superiority of users; By improving the perceived value to the new social media users bring positive effect, reduce the negative effects brought by unfavorable factors; By simplifying the operation interface, integrated micro letter function, improve the user’s perceived ease of use, increase the new social media users dependence of mobile social applications. Based on the above Suggestions and comments, the hope can promote the development of new social media applications.
