With the development of information technology and the increasing standard of living,the Internet and smart phones are gradually popularized.People gradually get rid of the one-way mode of communication that relies on traditional media for information,and thus turn to the network application channel that intelligent,faster and colorful content.According to the current status,WeChat has become the most popular social media since its birth in 2011.However,as a cultural industry,social media influences people's cognition,attitude and behavior in a subtle way.When people's cognition and evaluation of the external world are increasingly dependent on the media,people's subjective well-being Subsequently affected by the media.To this end,this study is dedicated to exploring the impact of social media usage on individual subjective well-being.Combining communication science and cognitive psychology,youth group aged 18-28 are used as research subjects.in Empirical research methods,and questionnaires Exploring the impact of social media usage intensity and social media usage patterns on mediating variables with perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use.This study takes life satisfaction,positive emotion and negative emotion as the measurement factors of subjective well-being to explore the influence of social media usage intensity and social media usage pattern under the control of perceived usefulness and ease of use respectively.The study found that under the adjustment of perceived usefulness and ease of use,the use of social media has a positive impact on subjective well-being.Among them,the intensity of social media use under the control of perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use,Well-being is not significantly correlated,and social media usage patterns clearly have a positive effect on subjective well-being.
