“ Internet+” innovation entrepreneurial boom became a national craze and around vigorously promote the development of e-commerce. In 2014, the city’s e-commerce transaction volume exceeding more than 50 billion yuan in Chengdu,accounting for 50% of the e-commerce transactions in sichuan province. From January 2015 to June, this figure reached more than 380 billion yuan. However, the problem of credit and confidence is always the bottleneck of the development of network economy, The network trading platform- built credit management mechanisms can not fully meet the needs of rapid growth. Establish a credible third-party network trade self-discipline and credit sharing platform, giving play to the role of self-discipline and guide the healthy development of credit mechanism, which will clear the obstacle of the rapid growth of network economy.This paper put its interest in the area of credit problem in e-commerce website and is based on the e-commerce trading data in Chengdu. According to analyzing the transaction data with the e-commerce website, this paper construct a platform for the third-party credit self-disciplined and sharing the data between different organizations.The J2 EE technology and B/S architecture are regarded as the open and application technology base, through data integration, based on component technology to build a good applicability, high reliability application system. Using popular mature development tools, according to the software development process design and the software engineering theory to develop the network trade platform of sharing the industry self-discipline and credit, which has the function are: credit sharing, self-discipline, decision analysis, business communication, communicate, etc.
