Credit is the assurance of service industry in nowadays. But the development of service industry is restricted severely by some bad phenomenons, such as cheat, falsification, violation and so on. Otherwise, there are some problems of data management, compositing and releasing on component in the component-based software development at present, such as non-standardization, non-rationality and non-compatibility of platform and language. For resolving those problems, we design and implement the component of credit system.The service system of credit is a subsystem of the National High Technology Program of the Eleventh Five-Plan named "The Compositive Platform of Common Attribute on the Modern Service Industry". The Compositive Platform of Common Attribute on the Modern Service Industry is a platform keeping the modern service industry to develop well.This thesis is mainly focus on those as follow: Firstly, we design and implement the credit component. We adopt J2EE multi-layers' architecture the component and we use some design mode, such as Facade, Factory and DAO mode to implement the system in the logic layer. Otherwise, for the instability on the internet, we also study and design a security system for the platform. Secondly, for strengthening the data management, we use the XML-based database as the XML is a language which can describe programming language and that make it is used flexible and extensible in reality. Thirdly, the component composition is based on the component pattern of XML. It is much better than the former methods because its inherent tight coupling between XML documents not only ensure consistency for component, composition model, composition description, but also ensure various automatic compositive tools to composite components and application programs easily. After that, the UDDI technology is used for designing and implementing the releasing and inquiry of component to make the attribute of blocking and wieldy of component became perfect. At last, we come to the conclusion and conclude the work and shortage of this thesis.
