ERP sand table simulation by hand, as a kind of experiential teaching method, is following the traditional teaching and case teaching after a kind of teaching innovation. It simulated teaching of unity of theory and practice, in a role play and job experience, and make students in the participation, experience from knowledge to ability of transformation, can strengthen the students’ knowledge, training, management skills, improve the comprehensive quality of students in an all-round way.In this paper, in an efficient sand table simulation research in detail based on the demand of training courses, through the demand analysis of the specific function of the software should have and business logic, and according to the software engineering idea for database design, program development, and system testing and other processes. The main content of this paper includes the following two aspects:Functions: covers the hand the whole process of sand table, including loans, the purchase of raw materials, product development, purchase of plant, the new production line, advertising, order, order delivery and a series of links. System role can be divided into system administrators, teachers, students of three, according to the different business of different roles, permissions, and their respective functions, respectively at the front desk interface design, operation is simple and easy to understand, good user experience.Technology: using the J2 EE development framework, based on the MVC three layer architecture and B/S architecture to realize the software development, and from two aspects of functional testing and browser compatibility test to ensure the reliability and stability of the system is running.
