With the rapid development of big data and cloud computing, the demands of communication network need a revolutionary change. Facing the huge amounts of data processing, network traffic management should improve its network performance. Network needs to adapt to a large number of mass transfer and related data aggregation/division operation. As for Universal Network, mapping strategies are lack of further study, especially based on data flow detection. In this paper, based on the universal network, design and realization of data flow detection module and mapping strategies model. Data flow detection module completes the data flow detection and mapping strategies module optimizes the network traffic management. With two modules working together, they will improve the network performance.This article first introduces the universal network structure, especially about identifier complex mapping system. On this basis, this article puts up two modules includes data flow detection and mapping strategies. Date detection module locates on traffic management facility and mapping strategies module locates on the access routers. By working together, completing the data flow control in Universal network. Separately explaining the two modules including functional design and module design, especially about communication system, data acquisition technology and data scheduling strategy key problems. The realization of the complete system is given below. Finally explaining functional test of the whole system.In this paper, data flow detection and mapping strategies modules have the following characteristics:1) according to the demands, detect the specific data flow; 2) data detection module and mapping strategies module work together to complete the network information transmission; 3) based on network data flow, data scheduling depends on different data flow;At the end of this paper, test data flow detection and mapping strategies modules. The results verify that the functions of the system achieve the design goal. Finally summarizes the full text, analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of this system and points out the further study of next research direction.
