New media is the latest development of human communication technology, has the advantages of transmission efficiency and cost, of traditional media produced huge impact and performance to the decline of the influence and operation index greatly. The PARTY NEWSPAPER as the representative of the traditional paper media, although in the publishing and advertising didn’t have a big impact, but public opinion of PARTY NEWSPAPER dominant discourse right and the right to have a serious threat. If you do not timely marketing strategy adjustment, it is possible to be marginalized, and even lose the value of existence.The PARTY NEWSPAPER as a media product, but also has political and economic attribute. Based on the understanding of the economic attribute of the party, and the PARTY NEWSPAPER in urgent need of reform in the era of new media, this paper in the newspaper as the main marketing, research of newspaper marketing strategy planning and design of the PARTY NEWSPAPER in the new media era how to foster strengths and circumvent weaknesses, out of their own road of development. The purpose of this research is:one is facing the new media competition, objectively analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the PARTY NEWSPAPER. Through scientific analysis and a large number of examples demonstrated that the determination of based on Internet new media are not necessarily must be able to kill the other traditional media, not to mention both political and economic attribute of the PARTY NEWSPAPER. Two is the use of marketing theory, analysis of the direction of the transformation of party development objectively. By exploring new marketing strategies, close the distance between the PARTY NEWSPAPER and the masses.In the new media era, the research ideas of newspaper marketing strategy is:the research focus on the field of marketing, based on the economic attribute of the PARTY NEWSPAPER, the party organization as the enterprise, the PARTY NEWSPAPER media as a commodity, to carry out research on its marketing strategy according to the market rules. The main contents include:new media, the PARTY NEWSPAPER, the main concept definition, and refers to the relationship between them; related core concepts of marketing strategies as the theoretical framework, the newspaper marketing and application specific marketing strategy combination, introduces the development of the national PARTY NEWSPAPER; analysis of newspaper marketing present situation and the existence main question; put forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the newspaper marketing strategy; form the conclusion of the study, and prospects for the future of the newspaper marketing.In this paper, through the analysis of newspaper marketing present situation, found that, in the era of new media, the PARTY NEWSPAPER has some unique advantages:natural authority has shaped the PARTY NEWSPAPER brand value; government procurement laid the newspaper distribution based; government subsidies to promote the development of PARTY NEWSPAPER project. Newspaper marketing there are still a lot of problems, mainly including:party newspaper as a media of natural defects, profit model of a single, talent structure unreasonable, high cost, and so on. In view of the problems existing in the newspaper marketing, combined with the shortcomings of the advantages of PARTY NEWSPAPER and new media, this paper proposes four countermeasures and suggestions to improve the PARTY NEWSPAPER marketing strategy:one is the implementation of the integration strategy, leveraging the power; the second is to implement differentiation strategy, foster strengths and circumvent weaknesses; three is to implement the integration strategy, optimizing resources; fourth, the implementation of brand strategy, locking in customers.This article focuses on the study of the economic attributes of PARTY NEWSPAPER; threat the PARTY NEWSPAPER as a business, to explore ways to maximize the economic benefits from the pursuit of commercial marketing perspective. However, the political nature of the PARTY NEWSPAPER decided it has to put the social benefit on the top priority, and it has to guide the public opinion. Therefore, the party newspaper marketing strategy of this article has some limitations; the conclusion is for reference only.Looking to the future, advances in information and communication technology, the rapid development of new media, to promote the PARTY NEWSPAPER forward, toward to meet consumer demand information transformation. Therefore, we have reason to believe, the future of marketing will be highly valued, and has a considerable research value and space.
