The Rolling Plan For Metro Transport Network

With the rapid development of the Mobile Internet, communication industry’s sustainable development is under challenge and facing new opportunities of business development. Reasonable network’s rolling plan guides the long-term evolution of the network and the construction of the near future with business development and strategic transformation.Paper for planning a second-class cities of China Mobile’s Jiangsu Branch, it first researched and analyzed the Metro Transport Network(including node, transmission system, transmission pipeline, cable lines, cable access network)to get the problems of the network, then by establishing the network traffic model and user forecast model to do the business demand forecast analysis, it got a reasonable forecast of the development direction of Metro Transport Network in the next three years. Meanwhile, from the perspective of business development needs, network scalability and network security, the construction ideas and principles of Metro Transport Network are obtained. Finally the construction strategy and scheme of the Metro Transmission Network and investment project in this area has been formulated in detail.This paper would not only be able to summarize the pros and cons of the operator’s existing networks, while it provides guidance of the construction and optimization of the Metro Transport Network in next three years.
