Huawei Meeting Application Design Based On Mobile Network

For the sustained development of globalization in the new century, it is available f or people to join activities in different places as well as enterprises to develop in differe nt areas or countries. At the same time,the social division of labour is becoming more a nd more exiguous, together with the hilighted concept of cooperation, it is necessary to solve the problem of communication bewteen and in the companies. Telephone and mod ern transportation has made comunication easier in last century, however, they cost a lot With the rapid development of mobile network, many service modes and service produ cts basing on the it have come into apparence, including the remote conference system a nd the remote education system. This research mainly focuses on using modern technolo gies to refine traditional ways of information dissemination and communication, which i s of significant theoretical and practical importance.The project of this research derives from one project of Huawei Technology Co., Lt d named "The Project of Huawei Espace Meeting Conferencing Application Design",w hich is a conference application products basing on the mobile network. This User-Cent ered research makes comparison between the modes of current internet conferences, the n constructs new conference application interaction and visual styles according to Huaw ei’s specific situation of project design.Basing on the specific project, this artical expatiates the interaction design in the dev elopment of the espace meeting conferencing application. Fistly, it researches on the mod es of internet conferences, studies the related data, and makes plans for the market positio ning as well as the experience goals for the espace meeting conferencing application acco rding to the data of user investigation. Secondly, it designs the information architecture a nd operating process for the espace meeting conferencing application detailedly, and desi gns User-Centered interaction. Finally, it consummates the design scheme via the visual i nterface style design. In this way, it fulfilled all the design works of this project.This article mainly studies on the modes of mobile conferences, it pays much attent ion on humanization in research develpment and solve the communication problem betw een many areas by the mobile network technology, so that users can do their daily work s without leaving home. Its products is innovative.
