In this paper, a comprehensive comparison of the advantages and disadvantages of the existing experimental devices of electronic system is taken as the basis, the modularized conception is adopted and ARM+FPGA is taken as the core to research and develop experimental box of integrated electronic system covering knowledge and technology in various aspects like analog, digit, EDA, single chip and etc., so as to meet the experimental requirements of many courses. The modularized design is available for students to choose modules independently to build the integrated electronic system, and it is beneficial to upgrade the experimental equipment constantly. Besides, students can keep independent innovation in the process of study.In the paper, relevant literatures both at home and abroad are taken as the references,researches on relevant domestic and overseas products are conducted to develop and produce experimental box of modularized and integrated electronic system with core of Cortex-M4 microprocessor kernel with high performance and 4th generation of FPGA programmable logic device with large capacity. Main studies are as follows:1. Demonstration and comparison of experimental box schemes, and model selection of key chip.2. Design and production of module hardware circuit. Module design of experimental box includes two core module design of MPU module and FPGA module, and peripheral module design including button display module, high-speed D/A module, high-speed A/D module, audio frequency amplification and filtration module, audio power amplifier module, serial interface module and communication module and other peripherals modules.3. Design on main program of microprocessor and on hardware logical descriptor of programmable logic device is completed to develop integrated systems like digital voice keeping and repeating, DDS signal generator, high-speed data collection, and distributed temperaturedetection based on CAN bus.Finally, the research of whole paper is summarized and advantages and disadvantages of experimental box of integrated electronic system are analyzed and upon which, it gives prospect to the development in future.
