Mobile Internet and smart phones have penetrated into every corner of people’s lives and become part of theirs; Prime Minister Li Keqiang referred to the Internet+ national strategy which takes industrial upgrading and Internet innovation closer together in March 2015.The traditional catering industry still fulfills the ordering procedure through the ordinary phone call book and the traditional menu.It is not only resulted in low efficiency, but also insufficient interaction between restaurant and customer.The disadvantage includes inefficient staff and a narrow geographical coverage source. The potential customers can not get the characteristics and other information of the restaurant more; So there is an urgent need for such a product:Consumers can find the desirable restaurant and complete the reservations using mobile Internet in their fragments of time, and enjoy the tasty food when they arrive. The bond between mobile Internet and traditional catering industry not only improve the restaurant’s operating efficiency greatly but also boost consumer experience.This paper first introduces the inverstigative background of mobile ordering system based 020, and analysis the research and application status in domestic and abroad. Then conducts the feasibility analysis and market_ demand analysis of 020 based mobile ordering system.It puts forward the overall design scheme of the system based on this idea,and establish the Android client function module:user login, stores of searching and viewing,display and a la carte dishes; The server features include:cater management,dishes and order management. In the peoriod of system implementation, the client takes Android system as a development platform using the EcLipse; The sever side uses B/S architecture which has the advantage of cross-platform by JAVA+Apache+SQL Server technology. Finally, it’s implemented a comprehensive test, based on 020 mobile ordering system. Test results show that the system has good performance, convenient operation, friendly interface, so it can meet the demand of customers’s mobile ordering.
