Information society, network and technology is transforming the human material world,especially in the United States, Android mobile phone system once born.,she has accounted forhalf the world’s mobile phone system. a variety of application which based on the Androidplatform have emerged, they changed human aspects of daily life by fingertips touching. Thisrevolutionary which called "system of annexation" is not only a biochemical process of socialevolution but also a new way of life. However, as a labor-intensive industry, catering industry isso difficult that occupies a corner in the information process, How will the human diet linked todatabases and the Internet, It is a topic that has a low-key but broad prospects in the computersoftware development project. On the basis of retaining the basic functions of existing wirelessordering system, this paper will focus on ease of ordering and interactive, Not only to achieveself-ordering but also update the management and spread the concept of environmental services,human interaction and convenience of operation.The research based on the Android platform wireless ordering system combing the basis ofthe existing ordering function, we propose a basic framework:Using the router as acommunication link between each terminal databases, servers, managers, waiters, cooks,customers. In the technology level, Eclipse application development environment, to establish adatabase using the MySQL technology, and use the Tomcat server, the entire program is using aJava language.In the functional design level, according to support unit "dumpling house inPhnom Penh," the actual needs of the client login contain ordering module, servicing module,billing module, the update module, the server has order management, recipe management, mealmanagement, table management, user management, system management, in a total of12modules. In the implementation and testing level, put virtually the entire functionality of decencyto use by restaurants. This system is divided into three parts, The first part of preliminary studies,including research purpose, significance and related technical literature review and theoreticalintroduction, This divides into two sections. The second part is the body part of the study, from ascientific analysis system developed into functional design, to final implementation and testingand evaluation, this division consists of three chapters. The third part is conclusion and outlook.In short, this system successfully be completed and put into trial, it is not only enrich theuser experience of novelty, but also improve the scientific and effectiveness of the cateringbusiness management system, and enhance the company’s brand image and eating cultureindirectly. Therefore, the development of Android-based wireless ordering system is atechnological revolution has broad market space and potential.
