Today we live in an era full of numbers, with rapid GPRS, CDMA1 X, Bluetooth, and WLAN and other wireless technologies, mobile life, m obile office gradually from concept into reality, readily available data and inform ation. Especially wireless data transmission technology matures, operators promote, W LAN applications increasingly popular, and gradually penetrate into finan ce, public security, education, logistics, commerce and industry, and increasingly af fect all aspects of people ’s lives, into all sorts of dreams realistic as possible. For traditional food industry, also depicting feel the charm of the wireless network.In this thesis, the development background of China’s catering industry, especially in market development in Shenyang area caterin g to the results of market research as a starting point, actual work is designed and implemented based on in telligent ordering system mobile phone platform, the system the design is based on Android sm artphone operating system, designed to Servlet technology server-side program, using a MySQL database for data storage and maintenance, system mainly completed carte achieve core business functions, including a set table, onlin e ordering, takeout and distribution core operating system-based software developm ent standards process m anagement using iterative methods, m ainly to com plete the analysis of the system design, implementation, and finally tested and analysis system.In this thesis, the system achieved a major intelligent ordering, table reservations, browse dishes, takeaway delivery four core business functions, a user equipped with a mobile phone via the Android op erating system for remote ordering operations, which greatly facilitates the ordering of the m asses, dining-rel ated operations. System to achieve a core Java language to encode achieved, and ultim ately through the syste m testing, to achieve the desired development goals and meet the actual needs.
