During the process of actual inspection of Tianjin shore gas company, the way combining traditional manual inspection and artificial paper records already cannot satisfy the demand for using and improving the gas safely in modern area. Although the bar code, IC card and information button are other means of inspection, the workload is big, the cost is expensive and they are easy to get broken and are not easy to maintain, so there’s no extensive application. The Tianjin shore gas company nedds an intelligent inspection system.Tianjin shore gas company combines with the actual situation and the popular information technology, after comprehensive consideration then confirms the system’s technical architecture scheme. We divided this system into inspection monitoring center and mobile terminal review two parts, and used B/S structure and MVC model which is based on SSH framework. The architecture of the Struts technology establishes control layer, Spring technology builds the business layer, Hibernate technology sets up the persistence layer. The system database adopts SQL SERVER 2014. The mobile terminal and review inspection monitoring center which are based on the Android system all adopt MVC design pattern, which is convenient to reflect the input, process and output to the logic and graphical user interface.This system’s inspection monitoring center realized the following functions: real-time inspection monitoring, inspection history query, inspection work management, risk management, data management and system management. Checking real-time monitoring can achieve global monitoring, realize real-time inspection of trajectory and inspection point statement and realize fault information query; Checking history monitoring can realize the query of historical trajectory and historical concerns; Inspection work management can implement inspection for equipment monitoring, check the staff status and inspection trajectory analysis; Risk management can implement the process of real-time risk, and realize the functions of risk query and process records; Data management can realize analysis of the types and the trend of hidden trouble and making inspection report daily; System management implement setting site parameters, user management and maintenance inspection information. Mobile terminal realizes the following functions:finding risk, risk query, data synchronization and checking attendance. Finding risk realizes the delivering of information from mobile terminal to monitor center; Risk query implements the query of hidden hazard information; Data synchronization implements download information and personal plans for inspection person; Checking attendance can implement the check for work attendance of staff.After the design and implementation of this system, it get large-scale use in the process of actual inspection and get the good response of inspection and monitoring personnel, and improved the speed and quality of inspection quality and risk process.
