The pollution source information is mainly divided into three sub function modules:industrial enterprises basic information management, industrial enterprises basic data management, other data entry. Pollution verification and review management is divided into two modules that are verification management and review management. The pollution fee collection management includes calculation of sewage charges, pollution fee approval, issue notice of sewage charges, reconsideration or litigation, relief and cut management, bulletin management, bank reconciliations. Administrative punishment management includes the functions of administrative handling records and public supervision and law enforcement management.
