This thesis studies the newest developing instrument ASP.NET2.0 base on Microsoft,using C# programming language, use ADO.NET to join Access database under B/S mode, structure Power Plant Operating Information Management System and Microsoft IIS acts as the Web server. Power Plant Operative Management System includes two major functions, operation management and maintenance management. Through designing database, designing class library, using B/S three-tier architecture, I complete the design of the system and the corresponding function. The system can manage the user's power, differently manage staff of every management positions.Through the design and implementation,the system can successfully realize many kinds of query, modification, addition, excision,of operating account management, regular work management, operating meterial management,start and stop management, chemistry management and groundline management. Every parts of the system is running well and achieved the expected results.
