In modern data processing and communications, FPGA chips have been widely used. With the improvement of FPGA chip integration, the FPGA chips have integrated hard core ARM, DSP, etc.. The FPGA chips also have the advantages of parallel processing, real-time and low power, so the FPGA chips will be more broad application prospects.In this paper, the design and implementation of the entire system is described in detail from the hardware and software of two parts. In the hardware section, each hardware module based on FPGA schematic design for a detailed description, and complete system hardware circuit board PCB design and debug. In the software section, data collection, implementation of internal communications and external network communication group is described in detail, including the principles of design, development, FPGA program, the network topology realization.The main aspect of this thesis is to solve the problem of data collection, including the realization of the acquisition of digital and analog signals by FPGA, and the quarantine measures of different signals and different for Shielding the corresponding interference.In this paper, on the other hand is to solve the communication problems. The main problem is the integration of FPGA and ARM core SoC chip communication issues and external communications networking. SoC chip communication issues mainly on how to use the internal bus Avalon, including Avalon bus configuration, the design process and FPGA startup HPS internal communication module.The design of data collection and communication system not only has high real-time, parallel processing capacity, but also simplifies the hardware complexity of the circuit and improve system reliability. The design provide a new design ideas for related projects.
