The Design And Implementation Of Universities Quality Project Application And Management System For Shandong Province

After the reform of teaching in Shandong Province, there are more and more quality engineering project to be established in colleges and universities. However, there are no special systems to manage the project’s setting and report which result in project manager can’t manage data accurately and efficiently and hinder the construction of projects. Therefore, it’s necessary to develop a project of Shandong province college quality and management system according to present situation of Shandong. The system should provide comprehensive and efficient project approval and reporting functions which will improve the management level and efficiency to make the project be carried out smoothly.According to the main function and system requirements of Shandong province university quality engineering project reporting and management system, we determine the basic framework of the system using J2EE lightweight framework and combing the SSH framework which are based on MVC model to design the system. The system is divided into the presentation layer, control layer, business logic layer and data persistence layer which can simplify the work of the system update. In addition, the system uses SERVER SQL 2012 to store data and uses JDBC to connect the database.The high quality project application and management system of Shandong university is divided into five functions:system management, project initialization management, assessment management, applying system management and statistical query. System management includes user management, role management, project basic information management and other business management. Project initialization management includes project initialization information management, initialized project management and concluding management. Assessment management includes assessment index management, group management, expert reviewing management, reviewing list management, reviewing statistic, midterm examination reviewing and concluding reviewing. Applying system management includes new reporting information, registering reporting information, reporting information management, the regional administrator audit and concluding report. Statistical query includes project statistic, project type statistic, project manager statistic, annual statistic and project group statistic.The establishment of the system of the quality engineering project application and management in Shandong province will provide comprehensive and efficient service which makes the construction of the project in universities smoothly. And the system will promote the colleges’ management in Shandong by communicate the other universities.
