The production grown by improving productivity is still not so obvious. Therefore, it’s a necessary choice to persist in using informationization to propel industrialization, and improving informationization by promoting industrialization.The aviation company of Guizhou in this paper is a specialized company mainly in researching, developing, designing and manufacturing aviation fuel control system. As a stated owned company, the main task is to construct defense weapons and equipment. In recent years, the material preparation and production data move to disorder cause of the rapid growth of weapon equipment demand. The multi-type manufacturing and great task also result in a various change in manufacturing. The bottleneck appeared in material purchasing, managing and controlling restrict the sustainable development of enterprises. Therefore, this project is put forward under this background and gives the way to solve the communication difficulties among companies and improve work efficiency.Aviation equipment manufacturing enterprises are the most important enterprises for the state industrialization development, In nowadays, these enterprises are still on the way of moving from traditional industrialization to modern industrialization, and has a big gap compared with western country. This hindered the sustainable development of enterprises. To achieve great development, we have to improve the enterprise production and operation management and change the old model. To introduce information technology in production and operation management, and change the management model from static, one-sided and isolated management into dynamic, comprehensive and rational management. Make enterprise as an organic whole, improve the competitiveness, strengthen enterprise internal management, reduce enterprise manufacturing costs and operating costs, and improve enterprise profitability.This paper studies and researches the suitable production system based on the enterprise current status. And this system becomes the precondition and strong guarantee to finish production and sustainable development for enterprise.
