The Design And Implementation Of Information Submitted System Based On Web Rich Media

Our government and enterprises for internal real-time information releasing demand more.But the traditional paper-based information flow is often less coverage, turnaround time is too long, and the transfer is not timely. Rich media is an information reporting system to submit information to collect, collate, edit, publish, audit, etc. This system helps the government and enterprises to resolve the problem for information submitting.This paper presents a Web-based system about the rich media information reporting, making the following research and design:(1)Exploring the concepts of rich media information submitted,and studying the process of the information submitted.In order to understand the feasiblity of the system,I do the technical review about development tools,Web application servers, and database server.(2)System design, which based on the requirement analysis of the function for the system design, including the manuscript center, information dissemination center, system management, information delivery, through the analysis of system use cases which identified specific system function, and the database system were analyzed and designed.(3)During the detailed designing, according to the functional division of the overall design, the system module design and business model design,and system modeling on the basis of the Java language,to implement rich media information reporting system. Rich media information reporting system is an important component of information management systems, carrying important functions within the government and enterprises, information sharing.Therefore, the research and implementation of the rich media information reporting system will provide facilitate for information delivery and comprehensive utilization,and then improving the quality and efficiency of the information service.
