With the advent of the Internet era, the rapid development of new media technologies, and now there is a new media concept- rich media(Rich Media). Rich media is different from traditional media, it will be combined with the text, images, audio and other forms of media to provide users with multi-faceted, multi-form experience feelings. Radio rich media IP broadcast of this thesis is a new broadcast mode, which use of IP network technology to send rich media broadcast message to visualization of the receiving terminal.Radio rich media IP broadcasting system is divided into two subsystems: radio rich media broadcast front end subsystem and terminal subsystem. thesis on the software part of the two subsystems were designed and implemented, the main work as follows:1、The design and implementation of front-end subsystem. Front-end subsystem according to the function is divided into: material management, programming, sending broadcast message, management background. Material management is responsible for getting the Internet or local audio, images, text and other creatives of rich media, uploaded to the material server after MD5 checksum, and by connecting the material server, local users can review and preview materials. Programming is filled with material to program content and broadcast program scheduling. According to the specification of radio rich media broadcast message format and the specification of MPEG-2 TS system layer, the broadcast messages will be encapsulated and packaged into TS files stored locally, the use of UDP multicast technology to send TS file to a specific multicast port, thereby completing send broadcast messages. Background management system provides the parameters of the settings, manage user rights, log query functions such services to entire front-end subsystem.2、The design and implementation of the terminal subsystem. First, join the specific multicast port, receiving messages and saving in cache, at the same time, according to related protocol specification to parsing broadcast messages and to integrity and protocol compliance verification. Subsequently, the data will be as the data of broadcast message look back, saving in locally. Finally, integrated broadcast message data will appear on the PC end.Verification results show that the system implements the graphical interface, the operation is simple, stable operation, good performance, and able to meet the business needs of Radio rich media broadcast messages.
