So the security issues of the elderly has been a crucial problem of society. With rapid development of society, people unable to live together elderly and take care for the elderly living because life and work pressure. "No one dared approached the elderly injured on the road", has become the norm view in the community.For the sake of elderly security, the paper will integrate Android smartphones and the elderly security. Using powerful Android smartphone to provide a safe and healthy elderly care system for children. And provide remote operation for children in distant.At present, the world has more than 300 million mobile phones using the android operating system. Android smartphone at this stage is not just a mobile terminal technology, wireless communication technology, internet technology master, also includes a large number of sensors, such as accelerometers, gyroscopes, light, magnetometer, GPS, orientation sensors. This article aim to combine the powerful smartphone and health and safety issues, and developed a elderly care system based on Android.The elderly care system is divided into children and the elderly end. It is divided into four main function modules, the elderly positioning and alarm module, remote personalized voice reminder alarm module, elderly health record function module, personalized plug-in modules for the elderly.The elderly positioning and alarm module is based on GPS and GSM techniques. It can achieve real-time positioning of the elderly, and mark the elderly current location on the map.The elderly health record function module statistical steps, in order to analyze the recent exercise elderly. Remote personalized voice reminder alarm clock can send voice and time to remote client. The alarm clock play the voice when arrive the set time. Personalized plug for the elderly includes unlocking the phone by shaking and automatic volume adjustment. Due to decreasing vision and operational capacity, elder people is not quickly to slide to unlock the phone. We develop a plugin unlock the phone by shaking. Automatic volume adjustment help elderly automatic turn the volume up when elder start to call.
