With the development of social economy and the improvement of living standards, people pay more attention to their own health, who ask for more medical and health services. The aging of population has become a very prominent social problem in the world. Aimed at the deficiency of existing community health care system, this project can provide a set of effective solutions, to achieve low cost, full range of remote medical monitoring through the wireless network technology. Recently, with the rapid development and popularization of the miniaturization of biomedical sensor, information processing and wireless communication technology, the research and development of wireless medical monitoring system has gradually become a hot spot. The project using wireless communication technology to chronic patient’s basic physiological of real-time remote monitoring, through wearable portable medical monitoring equipment, and the monitoring data will be sent to the community in the fixed sink nodes through a wireless network, and finally delivered to community health centers and hospitals through the Internet, which can achieve the purpose of the patient’s real-time remote medical monitoring. According to the above approach to the medical care of the community patients, which can monitor the patient’s physical condition and master the health status of the patients without the affection of lives and works, so as to achieve the goal of human medical care.This paper takes the software engineering as the main line, discusses about the implementation process of the system through the aspects of feasibility and requirement analysis, system design, program design and development, and gives a patient real-time remote monitoring system implementation scheme as well.
