With the global access to the information age, the broadcasting technology has made rapid development. The broadcast’s automation about broadcasting and monitoring of the short wave radio transmitter is gradually realized. But it is because of the continuous improvement of the degree of automation, the transmitter itself (components service life termination and loss) fault, human factors, environmental factors cause the machine breakdown that it is difficult to get accurate positioning in time and manner to eliminate in a short period, all these resulting in poor quality, broadcast and other serious accidents of broadcasting. In the transmitter technical support, data statistics show:finding fault time is about 70%, troubleshooting time is only 30%.In order to solve the SW-50B type PSM:50KW transmitter which fault exclusion is difficult, time-consuming and avoid the problems of accidents broadcasting. In this paper, the fault tree analysis method and the relative important degree algorithm are used,36# fault number (tree) which caused by the more incentives and multi-level is given maintenance plan and sorting of the end of the event related importance, through the actual alignment and the result was rational.However, when multiple failures occur simultaneously, one or more faults cause many faults. The traditional fault tree analysis method cannot solve the problem of the uncertainty of the event and the probability of the occurrence of the event and the fault tree. In this paper, we introduce the fuzzy fault tree analysis method based on the fault tree, study the triangular fuzzy operator, and give the probability of the mutual cross at the time of the multiple faults. With the MATLAB calculation, the calculation results of the probability of the bottom events in the complex multiple fault conditions are obtained.
