The 33rd CNNIC report shows that, the amount of Chinese netizens had increased by 53.6 million, reaching 618 million until December 2013, and penetration of internet was 45.8%,3.7% more than it in the end of 2012. The growth rate of citizens continued to be slow. Overall, the development theme of China’s Internet has been converted from "more universal "to " deeper use", and online media growing tendency to civilians so that more ordinary users could be the subject of political participants in the network.Since incepted in 2009, Sina Weibo quickly assembled a huge network popularity, and has played an increasingly important influence as a leading networking platform for information dissemination. Sina Weibo had a 540 million registered users by the end of 2013 and became one of the main activities of Chinese internet activity. To some extent, the micro-blog promotes the growth of civil society, and enhance the enthusiasm of citizens’ political participation. Weibo can be more easily used than the blog, as the information exchanging on it is more convenient and randomness, making users have a broader scale and freedom space to discuss the public issues.Yang Dacai, former secretary of Shaanxi Provincial Work Safety Supervision Bureau, was taken a photo at the crash site in Yan’an while he was smiling. When this photo was posted in the Net, People felt very angry, and pointed out he possessed many watches, which generates a massive network anti-corruption mobilization. Micro-blog was increasingly becoming the main positions of politics mobilization.27 days after the issue outbreak, Yang was dismissed.Based on social political problems as a starting point, this paper is discussing the happen reasons of the micro-blog politics mobilization, and exploring actual development of the existing problems of micro-blog.
