Social security is a system of the state, which is for compensation of workers who is reduced labor income by a variety of reasons, At the present stage, our country set up the system of social insurance system, mainly including the old-age social insurance(social pooling combined with individual accounts), medical social insurance(social pooling combined with individual accounts), injury on-the-Job injury insurance, unemployment insurance, maternity insurance etc. Through years of continuous efforts and exploration, at present, our country social insurance information management level has been greatly improved, realizes the data centralized management, information statistics, query and dynamic real-time management. In order to promote the development of the social security system of informatization, establish information flow between the platform for social security center and related business departments to communicate and share information, which makes all ginseng protect personnel can hold the personal social security card for medical care and other social security activities. The social security system of the computer and information contributed greatly to improving work efficiency, make the management more standardized, procedures and transparent.But with the expansion of social insurance to improve the overall level and coverage, and insurance personnel cross districts flows have become increasingly frequent, the current social insurance system already can’t adapt to the development of the situation and the changing requirements, to upgrade the current social insurance system, to integrate the decentralized social insurance information, establishes the multi dimensions of the society as soon as possible, insurance information system intuitive has become China’s labor and social security information construction of the most urgent tasks.This thesis is how to use software engineering idea, method, use object-oriented software require analysis, and use software design method to develop safety, stability and practical information manage system for the social insurance.Firstly, this thesis discusses the research background, and then it carries on the discussion on social insurance information system’s present situation of Fujian Province.Secondly, we analyzes the feasibility of social insurance information management system, the user profile, use cases, and system activities figure in detail, and the analysis of the social insurance management information system for non functional requirements and system development, operation environment.Thirdly, it discussed the social insurance information management system design goal, then gives the social insurance information management system of three layer structure design. It focused on the main function of the system design, package design. Sequence diagram design, system database design. Interface design.This system is a standard C/S three-tier structure. The view layer of the system based on.Net client technology and data layer the SQL Server database. As for data visualization display, we use a map interface. And we use the version control tool Clear Case for version control. System mainly composed of business logic layer, display layer and data base layer, it can solve complex business logic, and make the system meet the requirements.In consideration of system extensibility and portability of the premise, According to the characteristic of the social insurance system, the framework uses the traditional window client as the service interface to make the users more acceptable when in the operation and the sense.
