Design And Implementation Of Tobacco Warehouse Management System Based On Struts

Tobacco warehouse management system is following the current situation and development trend of commercial enterprising encasement,storage,delivery,logistics and so on in the tobacco industry.And it designed by the guidance document and job specification of logistics distribution center.The ultimate goal is to establish a unified,standardized,digital warehouse management system which could reduce circulation costs,norm the processs and improve the management level or efficiency in the company.By this system,we can adjust the layout reasonably and achieve the fine,digital management of warehouse to satisfy the needs of commercial companys’ management in the tobacco industry.According to the tobacco industrial actual work and business characteristics and present situation,this paper sets up overall system architecture and establish data mode by system requirements analysis, feasibility analysis, general design, detailed design, coding, implementation, system testing,etc. This system’s main functions are basic information management, inventory management,library management, dispatch management,schedule management,warehouse management,returns management,confiscated tobacco management, defect management,the comprehensive analysis. The functions are based on the platform of basic information database such as organizations systems,customer information,commodity information,sorting, warehouse information, shipping information, system maintenance,and rights management. The function of warehouse management is that when cigarette have been received from industry,then it goes on receipt management,warehouse storage allocation and warehousing confirm to achieve the job of storing bookkeeping and distribution of cigarettes after the arrival of the goods. The library management is to the day-to-day operation of the internal warehouse,including store a adjustment,the reservoir adjustment,calculating,report the over and the loss and daily management. Warehouse management is according to orders to get the total number and manage the sending message, producing warehouse outbound order process. Scheduling management is according to the order to delivery line to produce the delivery list,distribution center summary to arrange delivery batch,namely doing the delivery schedule work. Advanced warehouse management is to make an accurate choice for delivery between needing and inventory. Returning management is according to the user’s return list and warehouse inbound rules, finally makes sure the number of tobacco. Confiscation of smoke management is solving the problem of confiscation of cigarette coming in and getting out of the warehouse. When the warehouse find there are defective cigarettes, defect of smoke management will dispatch bad ones. Comprehensive analysis is to search the system information which can finish jobs including all kinds of order query statistics,warehouse cigarette analyzing,warning,searching,and the summary of everyday selling and so on.This system is the model of B/S application.It realizes the layzered architecture design by using Struts2 frame and the design mode of MVC.And using Tomcat, DB2 database and Eclipse.
