The Design And Implementation Of Command And Coordination System For Tax Cases

According to the relevant provisions of the tax inspection work regulations, the superior taxation bureau has right and responsibility to management, guidance, assessment and reconciliation the business of subordinate taxation bureau. Deployed for the implementation of the State administration of taxation, promote the construction of modernization of tax inspection and information processes,Meanwhile, a subsystem “Tax audit case command coordination system” was developed. Now, the tax audit case command coordination system has been put into use, and obtained good results.In this paper, the research background, research significance, research content, and research situation of the proposed investigated system were introduced. We also discussed the techniques of B/S, JAVA, SSH and ORACLE database. In combination with practical tax inspection cases, the system requirements analysis has yet to proceed mainly contains the principle of system design, system demand analysis. In order to make the tax business needs by using the proposed tax inspection system more clearly, the necessity, feasibility, design objectives and operating environment were also stated and explored by case diagram form in this paper. In the system, the design of business process, system architecture, software and hardware, function module, relative database and data dictionary were especially stated. The usage of the tax inspection command and coordinate system was also employed, introduced how to use the function modules of management, guidance, coordination, assessment and analysis. At the end of paper, the past tax inspection work and the developing direction of tax work were summarized and prospected.
