The Design And Implementation Of The Cases Management System For Dali Prefecture

The traditional manual management method in the two non-case management process easily lead to negligence, and have a series of problems, like hard to entry, hard to query and hard to hand over and co-organize, resulting in bad timeliness of case management, and delay follow-up or monitoring. In order to achieve information sharing of two non-case, handing over and co-organizing two non-case, case examination and approval, and two non-case query and statistic all over the city, and greatly improve the work efficiency of two non-case, Dali Health and Family Planning Commission designed and developed Dali two non-case management system.In the design and implementation process of the system, the first step was analyzing the development background and current status of the system; the next step was analyzing the systems business and the system role, and making detailed functional analysis of five functional modules, namely case management, handing over and co-organizing case, case examination and approval, case supervision and information query and statistics. Technically, the system was based on B/S architecture, used JAVA language during the design and implementation process, and used MVC design pattern and Hibernate framework.Dali two non-case management system divided system user into city-level user and county-level user, and the system implemented five functional modules:case management, handing over and co-organizing case, case examination and approval, case supervision and information query and statistics. Case management module implemented eight sub-functions, including increasing filing information, adding involved objects/units, adding case materials and schedule, entering information of involved objects, entering information of close case, managing close case and information; handing over and co-organizing case module implemented functions of application, acceptance and information query of handing over and co-organizing case; case examination and approval module implemented examination and approval of filling and cancellation; case supervision module implemented functions of timely supervision, quality supervision, case rating, information supervision and unlocking recording; information query and statistics module implemented functions of case query, my query, involved object, result query, distinction among involved object, blacklist of involved unit and involved objects/units.The implementation of Dali two non-case management system will solve the traditional disadvantages of the two non-case management, and will be convenient for management, transfer, approval supervision of two non-case information as well as sharing, query and statistics of two non-case information all over the city.
