| 110police is an important function of Police institution and110alarm receival anddisposal system always play a key role in police work. In the second half of2013,former110command platform of Police Bureau of Zhuhai City has been upgradedand renovated to a smart practice and support command system, which can realizecoordination of intelligence and command by technical application of police alertposition, visual police deployment and digital analysis. The construction of smartpractice and support command system is divided into three phases; the first phaseproject is building110police command and deployment system, including threesubsystems, i.e. duty information management, mobile phone alarm position anddynamic police deployment. This thesis is based on participation in development,design and application of the first phase project by writer.Firstly, concerning development process of110police command and deploymentsystem (first phase project), in the thesis the research background, significance andcurrent situation of the information construction of zhuhai public security bureau havebeen analyzed and the main content of this research topic has been introduced.Secondly, key technology of net, c#, asp.net, ado.net, Oracle and TOA/TDOA andhybrid location have been elaborated and function requirement and design notion of110police command and deployment system have been analyzed on the ground ofoperation process of110police alarm receival and deployment. Afterwards, actualsituation of three subsystems of110police command and deployment system havebeen introduced n this thesis. For the aspect of development and design, it mainlyintroduces duty information management subsystem and shows module design ideaand implementation code of system management, logging record, assigned mattersand duty handover participated by writer. While for the aspect of project application,it mainly introduces approval,bidding and construction of the subsystems of mobilephone alarm position and dynamic police deployment. Finally, it analyses completedwork and gives a prospection of the next step. |
