The scale of the system is larger and the clock frequency is faster, with the rapid development of the intergrated circuit technology. In large systems, the problems of the clock frequency and power consumption are hard to solve. At this time Network-on-Chip, as a new solution, is presented. We propose a method in asynchronous 2D-Torus structure network:using adaptive algorithm (TF-XY algorithm).First, make sure what functions the system have. Then determine the implement process of the system. The NoC consists of routing nodes, codecs and the computing nodes. The main wok is to design the routing node.Second, design and implement the system. In the system, there are many components:receiving module, Hamming decoding module, analysising module, splitting module, arbiting module, Hamming encoding module and sending module. Implement the bottom modules with a fully asynchronous design. And verify the functions of the modules. Then implement the routing node with the bottom modules. Implement the NoC with the routing nodes. Mount the Hamming codecs on the routing nodes in the NoC. Some asynchronous multipliers connect the NoC as the computing nodes. At last, build the testbench, complete the analysis of the functions and the performance. The test result showed that the system support multi-directional communication, multi-channel parallel communication, self-adaptive communication, etc. The system achieves the initial requirements.
