The Linked data since 2006 have been proposed, has been the concern of each field. Library as "base camp" on Linked Data, can already be bibliographic data, document data released as Linked Data, some government agencies and enterprises have their resources published as Linked Data, but in our country, Linked Data is still in the research stage, few application examples.In view of this phenomenon, author focus on how to use Linked Data to establish virtual library consortia. Starting from the current development situation of library consortia at home and abroad, the analysis of the current construction of China’s Consortia single operation mode, cooperation ability and service content sharing limited etc. On this basis, author from the Linked Data knowledge service system construction of the application of foreign libraries, analyzes Linked data library consortia construction has revealed knowledge association, to realize the resource effectively and improve the service ability of the advantages of polymerization. Based on these advantages, we explored the feasibility of establishing the virtual library alliance based on linked data, and put forward the business development, strengthen cooperation and strengthen personnel exchanges to improve the way of Alliance operating environment; the degree of correlation between the internal and external resource aggregation and knowledge system construction way of consortia members; by increasing the inlet, the establishment of community networks, information in a timely manner to push other ways to improve service quality point of view, put forward their own views on how to use the Linked Data to establish the knowledge service system of ecological circle.
