| Everyone has to memorize a lot of things in their busy daily life, but the memory space of the human mind is limited. So everyone needs a kind of thing to remind and arrange his or her work and life. How to handle and arrange the tasks in good order, and complete the most urgent and important things in a limited period of time? GTD software is to do this thing, especially for adapting this kind of work and life.GTD software actually is a general name of a class of software, and GTD is the abbreviation of three English words "Getting things Done", which means "completing things" in Chinese. Its core idea is only recording the whole things in mind and arranging the following plans, can do work in heart and soul and improve the work efficiency. If there are always some unhandled things in work, either you will think about these things at times and impact your current work or forget to do other things.Thus GTD idea is by ordering these things,then classifying and setting up the next processing method and time, and finally filing these unhandled things into a controllable entirety.Through the GTD software, it can help users to note the daily schedule memo and matters that need to be prepared. Moreover, it can reasonably plan the things to do. Finally, the users will know well about all those things.The project of this paper is a stand-alone version of the GTD software, then it will build a cloud version in the next step. The main functions of the stand-alone version are including daily memo, notes, searching, calendar and reminders. Users can choose the needed functions according to their demands. This software can help users to manage the daily life plans and itineraries, to note the idea and inspiration at any time, and to reasonably arrange the needs of work and life in a caring, convenient and practical way.This GTD software is mainly based on.NET Framwork 4.5, choosing Visual Studio 2012 framework of IDE tools and developing by C# language, and the database is Microsoft SQL Server, the version 2012. The reason why I choose this configuration is that the.NET is enterprise-class application development platform of Microsoft, and it has many components, so that it can build personalized applications.Firstly, this paper explained and analyzed the concept of GTD, and analyzed the implementation principle of this software in detail;Secondly, from overall it explained the realization process of design idea and technology integration of the system, and mainly analyzed the realization of the system;Finally, it described some thoughts by completing the paper and the project design, and pointed out the working plans of the next step. |
