Under the development needs of APP, based on Visual Stutio2013 development platform, using SQL Server2012 as management database, ASP.NET MVC as System framework, Data access using NHibernate framework, develops a server-side management system based on B/S. The APP system mainly includes user login, online shopping, online payment and a sound background management system, based on Existing e-commerce APP, it designs a new Electronic commerce model focus on the Community life service, puts a concept of Franchisee which saves the logistics expenses and improves the users’ Cohesion and participation.The main body of this article is based on the functional requirements of mobile client and the backstage management system, from the server backstage point of view, designs system structure, researches how to realize the data exchange between mobile client and the users, studies the functional of backstage management CRUD operation and the design of system database. This paper also introduces the key technologies involved in the APP’s development such as obtaining registration verification code, Alipay payment, system message push. After the tests, the APP system runs well,and gets the praise of the users.
