Ample services on the Internet were pregnant with users’ personal data services. The amount of personal data was huge when the users are undertaking different services. However, under the current service-centric model, the users’ personal data is spread over service providers’ own cloud servers. These data is so independent that is around the particular user, contribute to the lack of the global view and the limitation of synergism between different services. To avoid this problem, this paper proposes the concept of "personal data cloud"(PDC), which is supposed to store users’ data that is in different services. For this model, the writer presents three manners to gather the scattered personal data: Open-API, Web-Fetch, along with Manually-Import. Based on Linked Data, we design the body, make the scattered data semantically consistent and mark them on the metadata of the body as well. Thus we make it possible to import the collected data into PDC and check the data through PDC by different dimensions and temporal. The project, based on B/S structure, uses Struts framework and works issues with Java in the back ground. JSON format called PDC’s correspondent API to transmit data and the reception is realized with JSP. It realizes the diverse ways of data collection, data import and the tag of data relationship, as well as the displays of onedimension, multiple-dimension and the Linked Data format in terms of requirements. Never the less, the expansion of the body did not appear initially. The project provides a model for future programming, that is, to store in uniform the disperse personal data in the cloud(PDC) in order to offer users more intelligent experience. Since there is problem of scale of personal data, we need to consider the distribution. It also has certain requirements for the servers and other hardware facilities. With regards to the users’ experience, the direct access to PDC data is the best choice as a result of the speed of access. The PDC instance-data used Jena’s API for reading. The whole system is based on a good body’s establishment. In terms of Resource Description Framework(RDF),it used Linked Data to describe and manage the data. The system is divided into data-management layer, infrastructure-service layer and API-access layer. The data management stored users’ personal data in the cloud database with RDF format and it undertakes CRUD by triples. The management saved the users’ relationship between different data, personalized settings, etc. The basic service layer provides users with PDC services, including registration, data import, data annotation, privacy control, etc. It endowed users with adroit to maintain personal data on the PDC, to undertake control-operations partly, to gain intelligent services, and to control other users to share data on the PDC. The basic service layer can also trigger the migration and changes of the PDC personal-data state and maintain individual habits of usage.
