In order to fulfill advanced production changeable market requirement, a large quantity of companies began to apply workflow in daily production monitoring and management.However, its operation regulation of traditional Static workflow model is not able to satisfy the changing requirement of instantiation in the operation regulation dynamically, quickly and self-adaptively. Such limitations also limited the handling capacity of companies within the progress of production, which further more influenced the practical production efficiency of companies within the cooperation management of workflow management system.To break the management limitations of Static workflow model when dealing with dynamic changes, a new mode deeply researched the relationship between task node named“N-Tree Dynamic Workflow” model based on theory research has been discussed and researched in this paper. This mode could be able to react for the two major changing requirements effectively. The first change is the property changes of node and the second one is the structural changes of workflow. Furthermore, this mode could also choose migration strategy rationally, identify the skipped nodes and keep the consistency of data based on the shrinkage of the changing scope as possible. The key functions of mode are shown as followed:(1) To contact the practical production process and provide interface to support dynamic changes, the mode based on N-Tree has been optimized. In addition, analyzing practical operation flow supplied the identifications of basic elements and process for the mode.(2) To motivate the migration and rebuilding of workflow, the traditional Workflow Engine has been updated to adapt to dynamic changes.(3) To find the inner relationship between nodes, the data flowing between task nodes and Logical performance has been analyzed, which strengthened the processing technical of dynamic changes within relationship mode and satisfied the requirements of in-depth analysis. Therefore, the mode could be able to identify the influence scope of dynamic changes accurately to fulfill the migration and rebuilding of Original instance of workflow.(4) To satisfy the responsibility and managements requirements of dynamic changes, the Comprehensive migration strategy of workflow and node has been raised.At last, to verify efficiency and immediacy of the mode discussed in this paper, examples such as Visual studio 2008 exploitation stage, Oracle 11 g and component production process of medium and small-sized car enterprises have been taken in the paper.
